On Change, Freedom, and Connection

My work emerges where control borders on chance and color begins to take on a life of its own. I am fascinated by organic systems, fluid processes, and everything that is in constant motion—the changeable, the imperfect, the living. Using liquefied paints, oil, and mixed-media techniques, I create visual worlds that evoke water, growth, and inner movement. Often, my works are less a representation and more of an experience—an attempt to make change, freedom, and connection visible.

I studied art history and German language and literature, and later earned my master’s degree in art history. These perspectives continue to shape me to this day—they sharpen my vision, fuel my ideas, and connect my love of art with the power of words. Since 2024, I have also been immersing myself in the Mastery Program at the Milan Art Institute, where I am devoting myself intensively to painting and drawing and further developing my blend of intuitive and methodical approaches. I am currently working on a new portfolio.

For me, art is not a static state. It is a dialogue with the material—and a mirror of our own changeability. If my paintings tell us anything, it is this: that we ourselves are movement and change.
